WHOLE BODY CRYOTHERAPY 2019-08-02T21:46:42+00:00

Whole body Cryotherapy is the therapeutic use of cold. Using a cryotherapy sauna the body is exposed to temperatures as cold as -184⁰F. Studies have shown that exposing the body to below zero temperatures for a short period of time can help reduce inflammation, relieve muscle soreness, increase energy, boost endorphins and much more. (In 3 minutes or less per session).

During this fast cooling process, the body enters temporarily into “survival mode” triggering the body’s natural healing mechanisms as though it were freezing. Blood will then be sent to the body’s core in order to be warmed. This will trigger adrenaline, endorphins, and other hormones into your body.

This results in many beneficial effects including:

  • Reduce cellulite

Using one of our private changing rooms, undress down to your undergarments and put on thermal socks, gloves and robe that are provided for you.

A trained cryo tech will pre cool the sauna, and you will step inside leaving your head out of the top of the unit. You will remain standing for duration of your session. Once the unit is closed you will hand the cryo tech your robe.
As your sessions starts, cold dry air fills the chamber for a maximum of 3 minutes. You are able and will be asked to move around within the chamber for your comfort.
