Whole Body Cryotherapy

Whole body Cryotherapy is the therapeutic use of cold. Using a cryotherapy sauna the body is exposed to temperatures as cold as -184⁰F. Studies have shown that exposing the body to below zero temperatures for a short period of time can help reduce inflammation, relieve muscle soreness, increase energy, boost endorphins and much more. (In 3 minutes or less per session).

During this fast cooling process, the body enters temporarily into “survival mode” triggering the body’s natural healing mechanisms as though it were freezing.
